Many dental students, dental interns, and dentists have tried starting a research project in dentistry.
We announce it, create a group, start with enthusiasm, choose a topic… and then reality begins.
One person does not complete their part, the second is busy, the third does not reply.
And month after month passes, with no clear timeline keeping the work on track.
At the same time, everyone has other commitments: work, clinic, licensing, study, and personal responsibilities… and with time, the motivation starts to fade.
Then a new group appears and the same cycle starts again… just with different excuses:
One person cannot contribute to the journal APC fees,
another cannot afford the statistics fees,
a third is simply not serious enough,
and a fourth has shifted interest to another specialty in dentistry.
And in the end: the research never gets completed.
That is why from the beginning, we work with a clear research timeline, and every step has a defined deadline. We also take responsibility for following up with the authors so the work moves forward in an organized way.
At the same time, the task is kept simple and clear. We do not leave the author confused or lost.
We support them step by step until the task is completed.
Of course, unexpected circumstances can happen, and an author may need extra time and that is completely understandable. We all go through difficult periods, and life does not always go as planned.
That is why we offer deadline extensions upon request through a defined process, to protect everyone’s interests and keep the research timeline from being disrupted.
Our goal has been clear from the beginning:
to publish research in a proper, organized way, with real participation, on a new and distinctive topic, as quickly as possible, in a recognized peer-reviewed journal.
Because the reality is simple:
Any research project without a timeline, organization, and clear task distribution will most likely not be completed.
And if every step has no deadline, the research will most likely never finish.
May Allah bless our time and yours, and grant us acceptance in this life and the next.
